Orthopedic Physical Therapy
After graduating from the University of Missouri – Columbia, with high honors in Physical Therapy, as well as additional degrees in English Literature and History, John moved to New Mexico. He has provided orthopedic, outpatient physical therapy services in New Mexico for eleven years, first as Director of Physical Therapy at Sierra Vista Hospital in Truth or Consequences, then as a staff therapist for Presbyterian Healthcare Services here in Albuquerque.
John achieved Board certification by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists as an Orthopedic Specialist, the only PT in New Mexico to achieve this designation in 2005 and one of less than 30 to achieve the designation from 1985 through 2007.
John opened Physical Therapy at Dawn to create an environment where patients are treated only by the most skilled clinicians with great appointment availability and continuity of care. He now serves the people of Albuquerque as both an owner of and practicing clinician at Physical Therapy at Dawn.
